Getting started
- Create your account at /signup and complete email verification.
- Finish onboarding: firm name, timezone, and default tax preferences where prompted.
- Invite colleagues from Settings → Team and assign roles (Owner, Manager, Senior, Junior).
- Add your first client under Clients, then upload key notices or working papers to Documents.
Ask Saltman (chat)
Open Ask Saltman for research with citations. Choose scope (official corpus, firm vault, client) when offered so retrieval matches the matter.
Review the citation panel before relying on an answer. For GST notices and structured workflows, use Task Solver where available.
Documents and sources
Upload files from Documents → Upload. Indexing may take a few minutes; status appears on the document detail page.
To sync external folders (where enabled), configure a source under Documents and bind only the folders your firm approves.
Official government material is browsable in the Tax library; it is separate from your client vault.
Billing and administration
Owners manage subscription and seats in Settings → Billing. Security and sign-in options live under Settings → Security.
Data export and deletion requests are initiated from Settings (Data & Privacy). See Privacy policy and DPDP notice.
