AI-assisted answers, calculations, drafts, summaries, and citations may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for checking the applicable law, source material, dates, client facts, and final work before relying on or sharing an output.

You may use Saltman only for lawful professional practice. You must keep credentials confidential, respect client confidentiality, and not upload unlawful or infringing material.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or overload the platform. You must not circumvent access controls, resell the service without authorization, or use outputs to misrepresent professional advice as government or court positions.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, security risk, or breach of these terms.

Features may depend on your plan, permissions, deployment, third-party services, and configuration. We may change or discontinue features and will provide notice when required by applicable law or an agreed service term.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free AI outputs, or fitness for a particular client matter.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saltman and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the product.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges. Access typically continues until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at purchase.

Refund eligibility, credits, and chargeback handling are determined by the plan and checkout terms shown at purchase, subject to applicable law. Contact billing@saltman.in for billing disputes. See also FAQ: Billing.
