Privacy policy

Saltman processes account data (name, email, authentication identifiers), firm and client metadata you enter, documents you upload, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the product.

We use this data to provide the service, improve reliability, support billing, and comply with law. AI features may send query text and retrieved excerpts to model providers under contractual safeguards; we do not sell personal data.

Cookies.Essential cookies (for example session and security) are required to use Saltman. Non-essential cookies (for example analytics or product-improvement telemetry) are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner or change your choice under Settings → Data & Privacy. You can withdraw consent at any time by reopening cookie preferences from that screen.

Data is stored on infrastructure we control or subprocessors bound by confidentiality and security obligations. Retention follows your firm's use of the product and applicable legal requirements.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable by contacting privacy@saltman.in. Firm administrators manage team and client access within the product.
